The Goldburg Family Foundation was founded with one simple purpose: to help as many people as we can.
Our roots are in New York City, a place our family has been fortunate to call home. While there are challenges everywhere, we believe it’s our responsibility to show up for our neighbors first, right here in our own backyard.
At a young age, our grandfather, Rabbi Jay B. Goldburg, taught us that “there is no one more blessed than a person who is in a position to help others.” Those words have guided us ever since. The Goldburg Family Foundation cherishes that lesson, and every day we work to expand our impact across NYC.
We focus on two areas that change lives: education and food security. Through scholarships, we support underprivileged NYC students in pursuing their education and building brighter futures. Through our food pantry in East Flatbush, we fight hunger and provide families with stability when they need it most.
For us, this work is personal. Access to education and reliable food should not be privileges. They are foundations for opportunity, dignity, and growth.
